Any groups that are formed have to have a discussion in order to keep its members active otherwise it will become inactive and the group will perish. But if the discussion is called out without any prior preparation then it would not yield the result for what it was conducted at first place and it will just be a waste of time. Thus, having a discussion plan is important. Every group is formed with some goal to reach and thus while having a discussion one should have a clear idea how that particular goal can be clearly clarified to its fellow members. Without the clear understanding of the goal by the members the group will flock around and will go everywhere.
